Are visits and lab work included?
No. In-office visits, virtual visits, laboratory testing and other medical services are not included in the membership fee. They are billed to your insurance when applicable.
What if I am admitted to the hospital?
If you are admitted to Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula (CHOMP), Dr. Singh will visit you during your hospitalization.
